Mr. Dolling has several years of industrial experience in the marketing and strategy department of a telecommunications manufacturer as well as extensive experience as a business management consultant for small and medium-sized enterprises. Mr. Dolling also worked for a large bank in the private equity and venture capital business. Among other things, he was responsible for a technology investment company as managing director for almost three years. As managing director of Wagemann + Partner New Consulting, Mr. Dolling mainly advises medium-sized and young technology companies on business management issues, including their financing structure.

Ms. Schaarschmidt has many years of experience in the business analysis of technology companies and medium-sized businesses. After several years in project management at an investment company, she was employed as an authorised representative and head of controlling at a subsidiary of a state bank, which was active in all financing phases.
She was responsible, among other things, for strategic and operative controlling, accounting (HGB/IFRS), financial planning including investment refinancing via development institutions and the company’s contract management. She was also in charge of the development and implementation of a risk management system for portfolio management.
